Since your order will be Customized for
your specific needs, you must first select and approve your Artwork
before placing your order. If you have not chosen your Artwork we
invite you to visit our Screen
Printed Design Ideas or
Embroidered Design Ideas and make your selection. |

Ordering Instructions |
|
Once youve approved your artwork and have
either faxed a signed copy of your proof or emailed your approval
with your Style Number, you are ready to place your order
|

|
Orders by Fax This is the
preferred method... FAX your Order along with the Style Number,
Quantities & Sizes
to 469-769-1000. To download a printable version of the

Online Order Form Once you
have approved your Artwork and have a valid Style Number, you can
Order via our Online Order Form.

|
Orders by Phone For reasons
of accuracy and order verification, we do not accept orders by phone.

Orders by Email This is also a
preferred method... Email your Order along with the Style Number, Due Date, Quantities & Sizes to

Texas State Sales Tax - If you are ordering from within
Texas, or having your order shipped to a Texas Address, Texas
State Sales Tax is applicable. If your sale is Exempt or for
Resale please send us the appropriate form and no Texas State
Sales Tax will be charged. We must receive the appropriate,
completed and signed form for exempt sales within Texas.

Invoicing & Payments...
You will receive an
invoice shortly after you have placed your order via email (faxed/mailed copies on request). Please review
your bill carefully to confirm quantities and pricing. For Payment
Options

Production Time...
Normal production time is 10 business days. You will want to allow
sufficient production and shipping time to receive your order prior
to your deadline. Rush Production and charges are possible but not
always available depending on our production schedule. |

Special Note regarding Order Changes/Additions/Cancellations:
Orders are
placed into production immediately. Once your order is
in production, any add-ons are considered reorders. Once your order
is in production it cannot be changed or cancelled. |
|
|
|
Important Note for New Clients
There are
several options for making payment arrangements... including an
online option. First Time Orders should make their payment as early
as possible to avoid any production delays. Your invoice will be
prepared and emailed to you as quickly as possible. |
