Since each order is customized, it is not
possible to fully automate this process and provide exact pricing using this form. An estimate can
be determined by using our Pricing Guide.
Should you require an exact total before we begin production, please
write "Need Final Price before beginning order" in the Additional
Information field at the bottom of this form. We will calculate the
exact total, and present it for your approval, prior to beginning
production. Otherwise, we will start work on your order immediately. |

You are placing a Firm Order!
By using this order form you are placing a Firm Order. We will begin
production immediately for current clients and clients with approved
POs. Production for new clients will not begin until payment (or
pre-approved School Purchase Order) has been received. Once you have
placed your order it cannot be changed or cancelled. Additions to
your order will be considered a reorder and handled appropriately. |
