How To Care For Your Shirts
You should wash the shirt in cool water with a color-protecting
detergent. Make sure you wash it inside-out to protect the
design Pay attention to the washing machine cycle so you can
pull it out as soon as it’s completed its final spin. Dry it in
the dryer using the “normal settings.”
Just set your iron to “low” or “cotton” and carefully iron them
out. Be careful, though. Many a decal, iron-on transfer or
custom designed logo has been ruined by an overheated,
overzealous ironer. Remember to keep the shirt turned inside
out, or place a towel over the trouble spot and try to unkink
the wrinkle using patience and pressure.
Sizing Chart for Shirts
The shirts we use are from major manufacturers. This includes
Hanes, Jerzee, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan and others. All shirts
used are Heavyweight shirts... we do not print on "promotional
grade" shirts.
All 100% cotton shirts are pre-shrunk. All T-Shirts, including
100% cotton and blends, are full cut and unisex in style. 50/50
shirts are available by request. Note that our primary shirt is
now the 100% cotton as they are visually and tactily more
substantial (thicker) than the 50/50 in the same weight shirt.
Shirt Sizes:
Youth Small: Size 6-8
Youth Medium: Size 10-12
Youth Large: Size 14-16
Adult Small: Size 34-36
Adult Medium: Size 38-40
Adult Large: Size 42-44
Adult Extra Large: Size 46-48
Adult 2XL: Size 50-52
Adult 3XL: Size 54-56
The garment sizes are similar to sizes you would find in retail
stores, depending on the manufacturer.
How To Sell Your Shirts
Here at Gilbert-American we offer our NOOPE program (No Out Of
Pocket Expense.)
Once your artwork is approved we offer Master Order Forms and
Posters at no cost. Posters will enable you to promote the
custom t-shirts around your organization with a picture of the
actual shirt so everyone will see how wonderful they will look.
Order forms are a great way to make sure you don't over order.
Plus, you can collect payment from those ordering in advance.
This makes it easy to cover the cost of your order with no
out-of-pocket expense. Once all of the order forms have been
returned to you, you will add up your total for each size. Now
you're ready to order. |
